Granada Tour

You can wander around the buildings in the Central Park, also known as Parque Colon, including the Culture’s Palace Joaquin Cuadra  Pasos, besides you’ll see a stone portico with lions, the only surviving portion of the  original building burnt by William Walker, today known as Casa de los tres  mundos, arts and cultural center where you can catch an exhibitions o arts rehearsal. Also you can visit  the museum located in the oldest church of Central America, Convento e Iglesia de San Francisco founded in 1529. Another way to take a tour around the city is a Horse draw Carriage called los coches, look for the Spanish tiles marking the city highlighting historical sites and events, including homes of past presidents and the exploits of William Walker, after that you can explore an interesting cementery with tombs of both the rich and poor dating back more than a century, also you can see Fortaleza la Polvora, built in 1749. Other activity you can do is walking by Lago Nicaragua for the cool breeze and views. Just off Granada on the lake, you can find Las Isletas, made up of more than 360 islands created when the Mombacho volcano exploded 20,000 years ago. On one island you can see the rest of a fort, El Castillo San Pablo, built in 1784.

Masaya Tour

If you’d like to experience the sights and smells of an active volcano, you can visit the Masaya volcano National Park which has walking trails and a visitor center. Also if you want to combine the tour you can visit El mirador de Catarina which offers you an incredible view of the volcanoes, lagoons and lakes of this region. Ometepe Island Tour
